Community Rules

Welcome to the SWG Path of Destiny server. These rules protect our players, our game server, and our Discord from abuse, harassment, cheating, and disruptive behavior.

By creating an account, logging into the game server, or joining our Discord, you agree to follow these rules. Staff may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, suspensions, bans, or permanent account closures depending on severity.
Community

Community Rules

Be respectful, helpful, and fair to other players.

  1. Respect all players. Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, or targeted abuse are not allowed.
  2. No real-world attacks. Do not attack players based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, or personal identity.
  3. No impersonation. Do not impersonate staff, developers, moderators, or other players.
  4. No public drama. Keep disputes private and use staff tickets or reports when help is needed.
  5. No spam or flooding. Repeated messages, excessive caps, advertising, or disruptive posting may be removed.
  6. Protect personal information. Do not share private information about yourself or others.
  7. Use common sense. If your actions harm the community, staff may intervene even if the behavior is not listed here.
Game Server

Game Server Rules

Play fairly and keep the SWG experience enjoyable.

  1. No cheating or exploiting. Bugs, dupes, unauthorized tools, packet manipulation, automation abuse, or exploit sharing are prohibited.
  2. Report bugs & exploits responsibly. Do not use bugs for personal gain. Report them to staff as soon as possible.
  3. No ban evasion. Creating alternate accounts to avoid punishment may result in permanent bans.
  4. Alt accounts may be reviewed. Shared households, duplicate IPs, and suspicious accounts may require staff verification.
  5. No real-money trading. Selling credits, items, characters, accounts, or services for real money is not allowed.
  6. No griefing. Repeated harassment, kill farming, spawn blocking, or intentionally ruining gameplay may be punished.
  7. Respect staff decisions. Arguing punishments in public channels may lead to further action. Use appeals instead.
Discord

Discord Rules

Keep Discord organized, safe, and welcoming.

  1. Follow Discord Terms of Service. Any behavior that violates Discord rules is not allowed here.
  2. Use the correct channels. Keep support, reports, screenshots, trades, and general chat in the proper areas.
  3. No NSFW or shocking content. Pornographic, graphic, hateful, or disturbing content is prohibited.
  4. No malicious links. Phishing, malware, scam links, suspicious downloads, or unsafe files will result in removal.
  5. No excessive pings. Do not spam ping staff, roles, or other members.
  6. No unauthorized advertising. Do not promote other servers, communities, products, or services without staff approval.
  7. Moderators have final say. If asked to stop a behavior, stop immediately.

Enforcement and Appeals

Rule violations may result in a warning, deleted message, mute, kick, temporary suspension, account restriction, character action, IP review, Discord ban, game server ban, or permanent community removal. Serious abuse, cheating, threats, ban evasion, or attacks against the community may result in immediate permanent action. Appeals must be submitted respectfully through the approved staff contact method.
